Many, many people who've built new homes can't tell a story like ours. Knowing that every problem would be rectified expertly, and that there never really was anything to worry about.

I believe I've told Chris in the past that despite the beautiful homes he has built, we wouldn't have gone down this road if we hadn't met him and got to know him as well as we did. We recently purchased a 1920 farmhouse, which needed a major renovation. Having never undertaken a project such as this, we were apprehensive. Having previously been a home owner and researcher for the prospect once more it took only a few minutes to realize why we wanted to purchase a Burleith Townhome.

We couldn't believe the price when we had read it in the newspaper so we had to see it for ourselves. Several Realtors had raved about it which made it even more enticing. Regarding Chris Walker/ Timeless Homes

We undertook the total renovation of our kitchen using Chris. It involved design, framing, cabinetry, drywall, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, floor repair and refinishing, in a older home that had been renovated extensively twice before. Not a project that any tradesperson in their right mind would look forward to. We also lived in the house during the project.

Chris' ability to listen to our needs and wants produced an unique, yet classic and livable design totally suited to our family. Most amazing though was his organizational skill in sourcing a myriad of highly skilled trades people and organizing them into a sequence of events that transformed a dated claustropohbic space into a modern open kitchen in essentially ten days. His pre-planning had accounted for every detail from water lines to the icemaker to hidden central vacumn ports. His connections and reputation in the industry, attention to detail, and absolute commitment to perfection has not only minimized the inconvenience of living in a construction zone but has most importantly given us our dream kitchen and made the entire process exciting and enjoyable.

Right away, we found Chris to be approachable, attentive and keenly interested in our future home.  Although he had us at “hello”, we went through the process of interviewing several other award winning builders, but no one else seemed to measure up to Chris in terms of both personality, and quality of workmanship of his past homes.
